In this housing workshop in Jackson Height, participants will learn about different apartment types, leases, tenant rights, and how to make an apartment complaint. The first 20 participants will receive free food baskets! This housing workshop series is co-sponsored by Senator Mike Gianaris and Council Member Shekar Krishnan. AAFE and the Asian American Bar Association (AABANY) are teaming up for a free legal clinic on the Lower East Side. We're offering 30 minute consultations with volunteer attorneys on a wide range of legal issues.  Walk-ins welcome / first-come, first-served.
