Applications are now being accepted to fill vacancies and replenish the waiting list at “one Flushing,” a 100% affordable multigenerational community in the heart of Downtown Flushing, Queens.

One Flushing was co-developed by AAFE, Monadnock Development and HANAC and opened in 2019. Building amenities include over 18,000 square feet of outdoor planted space – including a sprawling rooftop farm for residents. AAFE’s Flushing-based community services, youth program and small business services are also located in the complex, offering an array of free resources for One Flushing residents as well as the general community.

Applications are being accepted in two categories:

–Applicants eligible for studio and 1-bedroom apartments at 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Annual household incomes between $55,886 and $83,880.
