AAFE began developing affordable housing in 1986 when we constructed New York City's first Low-Income Housing Tax Credit project called Equality Houses. Since then, our Planning and Development team has leveraged over $55 million in financing to produce housing for low-income residents. In continuing our efforts to revitalize low-income neighborhoods, AAFE has been working on numerous projects throughout New York City.
